| A) Worked in Askari Leasing Limited, as Manager Accounts from June 2001 to February 2002. Tasks performed during the engagement included: |
- Management of accounts personnel, supervision of work, compilation of accounts and monthly reporting.
- Preparation of annual budget of the Company
- Preparation of five year business plan for the Company

| B) As Partner Uzair Hammad Faisal & Co., Chartered Accountants (March 2002 to date): |
- Have documented internal control system manuals for various clients. These assignments involve a study of the existing system of the organisations and their documentation. Additionally, the system is analysed to identify areas that require simpler procedures and enhanced controls and accordingly changes are suggested, discussed and implemented.
- Have been supervising staff placed at various clients that have outsourced their Accounts Departments to the firm. Such engagements involve, initially, setting up a suitable system of generating and recording transactions according to the need of the client’s business. Thenceforth, training the staff allocated for the particular job about running the system effectively and efficiently. Regular supervision of the staff provides the clients with informative and timely reports to add value to the services.
- Have been providing corporate and tax consultancy services to various clients. Corporate services included drafting Memorandum and Articles of Association, incorporation of companies and thereafter dealing various corporate matters and representing in front of the authorities. For our tax clients performed tax planning, filed income tax and sales tax returns, filed appeals against the orders of the departments and represented clients before appellate authorities.
- Conducted feasibility studies and prepared business plans for various clients. In case of feasibility studies and business plan, have performed market surveys to gather relevant data and formulate assumptions for project appraisals, financing decisions and future projection of revenues and costs associated with the projects.
- Have provided Consultancy Services to various clients for designing and implementing accounting and internal control systems.
- Have provided clients with customised software solutions. In such assignments have gathered client’s specific reporting requirements and studied existing business process on the basis of which customised software solutions were developed and implemented.
- Have provided consultancy services to a client in implementation of SAP B1 ERP solution. In such assignments the role included liaison with Implementation Consultants and advising the client on the various implementation relevant issues.
